  오늘은 FARE 문제를 풀다가 이런 표현을 보았다. "A company Brite Co. distributed to its common stockholders 100,000 outstanding common shares of its investment in Quik In., an related party."

  문제를 풀어야 하는데 뜻이 이해가 되지 않으니 그냥 대충 찍고 말았다. 짚고 넘어가 보자. 아래 링크의 설명이 가장 잘 설명한 듯 한데, 주식의 「distribution」은 Common Shareholder에게 주식을 수령하게끔 하는 행위인 것 같다. 조금 더 공부하면서 확실한 의미를 알아봐야 겠다.
